During my recent 10-night stay at Albergo Alla Campana, I appreciated its strategic location in the heart of Thiene, a quaint town just a short stroll from both the city center and the train station. While I found the staff somewhat reserved, they were readily accommodating whenever I needed assistance, echoing the charm of a family-run establishment. The rooms, featuring simple modern furnishings and a flat-screen TV, provided a warm and comfortable retreat, although the absence of tea and coffee-making facilities was a minor disappointment for this avid home brewer. I enjoyed a solid Italian-style breakfast each morning, complete with freshly baked croissants and robust cappuccino, though I wished for a bit more variety. The handy private car park made accessing the hotel easy, especially amid Thiene's bustling weekday atmosphere.
